One of the best ice cream shops in the US. Defintely Hawaiian types of flavors, kona coffee is phenomenal. My favorite is Coconut Carmel Mac Nut.
We go every time we're close to one.
BTW- if you are by the poipu store, their bakery is amazing too. Some of the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever have.
We had head so much about it, we had to try Lapperts. It was the perfect stop after some time on the beach.
They had a lot of local flavors, we got Coconut Macademia Nut Fudge, and Mauna Kea's secret. We loved the Coconut ice cream with macademia nuts and the combination of white chocolate ice cream raspberry sorbet.
This is a must have in Kauai.
